damnnn, 5 years? i dont think it'd be that long. if they actually keep dooley for more than a year and he has at least 4, the recruits he got last year will be (or should be) seniors, and he should have a decent season. give em another season after that too, because he will have had 4 full years to recruit during the regular season, since he didnt have a chance to recruit this past regular season under kiffin's regime

lol, so i guess you're right, 5 years. if he doesnt have a winning season at the end of his 5th season, he needs to be replaced.. i think the fans need more than just a winning season (7-6) though, something like 9 or 10 wins would probably keep his job alive
