I am now in the process of developing the first service release for the 1.59 series of phpHaze. My initial plan was to release hotfixes rather than full upgrades, but I have now retracted this decision and will continue with mildly large upgrades over a period of time.

The first priority with this patch is obviously the bug introduced in 1.59 when adding links directly to your link directory, causing the action to say success but never actually completing. I have already fixed this bug in my local version for the unfinished upgrade package so never fear! [ ... ]

It's about time, right? Yes people, it's finally here! phpHaze 1.59.0; with many new features and bug fixes. Not to mention an extra layer of admin panel security. It has been quite a while since I have updated phpHaze, well over a month; the longest yet since I started on my roll back in 1.57. I'm going to try not to let it slip like that again because I need to churn out the forums for all of you complainers! I honor those that want to be apart of this CMS though, so trust me -- keep up the complaining; it keeps me going! [ ... ]

Well, it gets old! As flattering as it is, constantly being asked about phpHaze's 1.59 release date does get somewhat annoying; even though as I said it is flattering! It is truly an honor that the few beta testers we do have are so supportive of phpHaze.

So surely it's been too long since I've blogged about phpHaze (or really blogged about anything for that matter) so on to the sneak peak that you all so on to what's coming in 1.59 that wasn't mentioned in the post at my network site. [ ... ]
